These SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications sent by or on behalf of The PIRE Team (“The PIRE Team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive text messages from The PIRE Team, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
The PIRE Team may send text messages regarding real estate-related matters, including:
- Real estate inquiries
- Property listings and property information
- Buyer or seller services
- Appointments and property showings
- Market information and updates
- Transaction-related communications
- Follow-up communications
- Requested information
- Client service communications
- Other real estate-related communications that you have requested or consented to receive
Messages may include informational, conversational, transactional, or marketing content depending on the nature of your relationship with us and the consent you have provided.
2. Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS/text messages from The PIRE Team through methods we make available, such as a website form, written consent, keyword-based opt-in where offered, or another lawful consent mechanism.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS messages, you authorize The PIRE Team to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provided regarding the types of communications described above.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from The PIRE Team.
Your consent applies only to communications from The PIRE Team and does not constitute consent to receive independent marketing text messages from lenders, affiliates, vendors, or other third parties.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with The PIRE Team, the services you request, and the nature of your real estate inquiry or transaction.
For example, individuals actively buying, selling, or participating in a real estate transaction may receive messages more frequently than individuals receiving general real estate information or occasional follow-up communications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other rates may apply to messages sent or received through the SMS program.
The PIRE Team does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS messaging program.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages from The PIRE Team at any time by replying:
STOP
to a message from us.
After you submit a valid opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
Where supported by our messaging provider, additional standard opt-out keywords may also be recognized.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and other factors outside our control.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The PIRE Team does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or received within a specific period of time.
8. Mobile Number Responsibility
By providing a mobile telephone number, you represent that you are authorized to use that number and to consent to receiving communications at that number.
If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish your mobile number, you should notify The PIRE Team promptly so that we can update our records.
You agree not to knowingly provide a telephone number belonging to another person without authorization.
9. Mobile Information and Privacy
The PIRE Team respects the privacy of your mobile information.
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS messaging consent, will be shared, sold, rented, transferred, or provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, customer relationship management systems, and other service providers to facilitate communications on our behalf. Such providers may process mobile information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to us.
Your SMS consent is not transferred to third-party businesses for their independent marketing purposes.

10. Third-Party Real Estate Service Providers
In connection with real estate services, The PIRE Team may introduce you to independent professionals such as lenders, escrow providers, title companies, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, or other service providers when appropriate or requested.
Those businesses operate independently and may have their own privacy policies, terms, and communication practices.
Consent to receive SMS communications from The PIRE Team does not constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages from any third-party service provider.
Any third party that wishes to send communications requiring separate consent is responsible for obtaining its own legally sufficient consent.
11. Re-Enrollment After Opting Out
If you previously opted out of SMS communications and later wish to receive messages again, you may provide new consent through an available opt-in method.
Previous consent will not be treated as continuing after a valid opt-out unless you subsequently opt in again.
12. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes in our messaging practices, service providers, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued participation in the SMS program following an update will be subject to applicable law and any additional consent requirements that may apply.
